Sotre Collection entertaining special events trunk shows
We have a lot going on at Sotre this week! We are working hard on our Tables for Tastemakers event which will be this weekend, October 22-24 at Sotre South Market. The event will help raise money and awareness for the struggling hospitality industry and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Louisiana Hospitality Industry. Uptown this weekend, we are hosting two fabulous trunk shows. We all know about ordering early to avoid supply chain disasters and we are starting early to help make Holiday deliveries. Two fabulous designers will be at Sotre uptown this weekend: Marcia Sherrill and Nathalie Schettini.

Last night I attended a multi-generational birthday and it made me stop and think about the way in which our standards of entertaining have changed.
Unfortunately no one has time to plan events weeks in advance these days but nevertheless, events can be made special by the people we celebrate with and the love and attention we lavish on the food and presentation.
