When I first met my late husband, he hadn't been on a vacation in five years.  He had been busily slaving away at his law firm and hadn't given taking a break a thought until we met.  He had always wanted to go to Santorini and who was I to say no?  So we hopped on a plane and spent a glorious week on that beautiful island. The people there are so friendly and welcoming, the beaches are heavenly and the food and nightlife are second to none. Add that to the rich cultural heritage and there is no more wonderful place to spend time. I have returned there on a couple of occasions and am now dreaming of happier times spent in sun and sand.  A girl can dream.....and one day I hope to get back there.  In the meantime, I am content to be reminded of those exquisite days....
