Featuring a hand painted elephant draped in an ornate saddle cloth called a jhul, this design draws inspiration from the richly decorated temple and festival elephants seen throughout India during royal processions, celebrations, and ceremonies. Traditionally adorned with embroidered textiles, tassels, and ceremonial dress, these elephants were symbols of prosperity, wisdom, protection, and divine strength.
